Eujim Academy, Gesora Road, Utawala, Nairobi, is the data controller responsible for personal data collected through eujimacademy.co.ke and our admissions process.
What we collect
- Contact details such as your name, phone number and email address when you fill in a form.
- Course details such as the course you're interested in, your preferred study mode and your message.
- Employer details when a company sends a hiring request.
- Newsletter sign-ups: your email address and the page you subscribed on.
- Usage data collected by basic analytics, such as pages visited and device type.
How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry, application or hiring request.
- To manage your enrolment, fees, attendance and certificate.
- To send newsletters you've subscribed to (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To improve our website and courses.
We do not sell your personal data.
Legal basis
We process your data with your consent (for example, newsletters), to take steps at your request before enrolment, to perform our contract with you once you enrol, and for our legitimate interest in running and improving the academy.
Sharing your data
We only share data with service providers who help us run the academy (for example, email and hosting providers), with employers when you have agreed to be put forward for a role, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to two years. Student records are kept for as long as needed to issue and verify certificates and meet legal requirements.

The website uses essential cookies to keep forms secure and basic analytics to understand how it is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Children's data
For Young Bytes Club, we collect children's details only from a parent or guardian, and only what we need to run the programme safely.
Your rights
Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019 you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email enrollment@eujimacademy.co.ke. You may also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
Security
We use secure connections (HTTPS), access controls and spam protection to keep your data safe.
